About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to help expand access to meaningful mental health and well-being solutions across schools, colleges, corporates, and other institutions.
- This role is ideal for a consultative sales qualified who understands how to combine commercial goals with social impact. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships with decision-makers, understanding institutional well-being needs, and converting those conversations into long-term partnerships.
- The successful candidate will be confident in managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, deal closure, onboarding, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard schools, colleges, corporates,



and institutional partners for mental health and employee or student well-being solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, digital outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and in-person meetings.
- Understand each client’s mental health, wellness, engagement, and organizational requirements through consultative discussions.
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, school management, college administrators, founders, department heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Present mental health programs, counselling services, workshops, employee assistance solutions, and customized well-being initiatives in a compelling and sensitive manner.
- Prepare tailored proposals, pricing plans, presentations, and commercial offers based on client needs.
- Manage negotiations, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and successfully close deals within defined timelines.
