Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Commission Sales Associate role based in Hyderabad. The Commission Sales Associate will actively identify and engage prospective customers across home, industrial, and institutional segments, presenting Cleangem’s product range and demonstrating how solutions meet specific hygiene needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing within established guidelines, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The associate will maintain accurate records of leads,



customer interactions, and orders, while providing ongoing support and follow-up to build long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams on inventory and delivery, staying current on product features and industry trends, and participating in local marketing or promotional activities to grow Cleangem’s customer base.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfort working in on-site field sales environments, with readiness to travel locally within Hyderabad as needed.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products or willingness to quickly learn product features, benefits, and applications.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
