What You'll Do? AI Engineering
- Build production-ready AI agents using
LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
, or similar frameworks.
- Design and optimize
RAG pipelines
, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
- Integrate leading LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) with prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs.
- Develop intelligent features including campaign generation, content creation, audience recommendations, and marketing insights.




- Implement evaluation, monitoring, and observability for AI systems in production.

? Full Stack Development
- Build up-to-date, responsive applications using
React
and
Next.js
.
- Develop backend APIs using
Python (FastAPI/Flask)
or
Node.js
.
- Integrate AI services with real-time frontend experiences.
- Own features end-to-end—from architecture to deployment.

? Data & Integrations
- Work with marketing datasets, customer insights, and brand strategy documents.
- Integrate with platforms such as
Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta
, and other marketing tools.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams consuming Snowflake-powered data pipelines.

? Collaboration
- Work directly with client marketing teams.
- Translate business needs into AI-powered product features.
- Contribute to architecture, documentation, and technical decision-making.
