Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram. You'll work directly with the founder to shape and create content that makes Hubb's Instagram, and the brand overall, look and feel premium. That means ideating what to post, writing captions and scripts in Hubb's voice, understanding basic design principles well enough to brief and review work from our design intern, and getting hands-on with shoots when needed. You'll learn brand strategy, content, and design thinking simultaneously as you go,



this is a founding-team role for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across marketing and branding, not a narrow, single-skill job.

Qualifications
- Genuine interest in brand building, marketing, and content, more important than years of experience
- Comfortable writing: captions, hooks, scripts, whatever the moment needs
- Some design sensibility, an eye for what looks premium vs. generic, even without formal design training
- Hands-on and scrappy: willing to shoot content, not just plan it on a spreadsheet
- Prior internship or freelance experience at a startup or in content/marketing preferred, but we're open to potential over polish
- Comfortable with fast pace, shifting priorities, and direct, frequent feedback
