Role Description
The Academic Assistant is a full time, on-site role based at Sanskar Educational School in Ghaziabad. This role involves planning, implementing, and reviewing academic programs and curricula across grade levels in alignment with C.B.S.E. standards and school policies.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring academic progress, analyzing student performance data, and coordinating academic advising support for learners. The role also requires regular communication with educators, school leadership, and families to ensure a cohesive learning experience and successful academic outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and experience working in a school or academic institution, preferably with C.B.S.E. curriculum.
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and program planning to design, implement, and refine academic frameworks.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with students, teachers, parents, and administrators.
