Our engineering team leverages modern PHP ecosystems to deliver high-availability, secure, and responsive web experiences on Laravel, with a focus on rapid iteration, clean architecture, and engineering excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Laravel engineering team—own sprint planning, code reviews, backlog grooming, and release coordination for core product modules.
- Architect and optimize scalable, maintainable Laravel applications integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, caching layers, and queue systems (Redis, Horizon).
- Enforce coding standards, security best practices, and testing protocols (PHPUnit, Pest) across the team to ensure production-grade stability.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical specs,



ensuring clean separation of concerns and reusable components.
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming, design workshops, and technical feedback to elevate team velocity and code quality.
- Drive DevOps alignment—collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and infrastructure-as-code (Docker, Laravel Forge/Envoyer).
