Job Description: Cybersecurity Specialist (Pen Testing, Vulnerability Management

& Threat Monitoring)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Analyst to strengthen our cybersecurity posture through

penetration testing, vulnerability management, system hardening, and proactive threat monitoring.

This role is responsible for coordinating security assessments, identifying and prioritizing

vulnerabilities, managing remediation efforts, monitoring emerging threats, and ensuring

compliance with SOC2 and other security standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools, penetration

testing, risk assessment, and policy development, as well as robust investigative and analytical skills

to identify and mitigate threats before they impact the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Threat Monitoring & Risk Analysis
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, examining, and monitoring cybersecurity threats.
- Use security tools and investigative skills to assess and recognize potential threats.




- Gather and analyze raw security data to develop detailed assessment reports.
- Identify emerging trends in the threat landscape and recommend proactive countermeasures.
- Prioritize threats based on severity and develop actionable mitigation plans.
- Conduct gap analysis and create implementation plans to improve the risk management program.

Penetration Testing
- Collect testing requirements (e.g., URLs, mobile applications, infrastructure).
- Schedule and coordinate penetration tests with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and approved.
- Review penetration test reports and open remediation tickets.
- Track and escalate issues to ensure timely remediation.
- Plan and execute recurring penetration tests according to the annual schedule.

Vulnerability Management
- Review and analyze vulnerabilities on SOC2 in-scope servers.
- Assess vulnerabilities for GW, ECAM, C24, USA Cas
