To be successful as a “Tech Lead / PM", you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in manual/automation functional testing, regression testing, and end‑to‑end validation.
- Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks for: Web (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), API (Karate, RestAssured, Cucumber)
- Robust experience writing: Unit tests, integration tests, and automated regression suites
- Solid understanding of: BDD, Test design techniques, test coverage, and defect lifecycle




- Strong experience with GitLab/Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and test execution automation.
- Hands-on scripting or development experience in Java or Python (ability to support dev teams when needed).
- Good understanding of data validation using SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with API tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Strong experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs.
- Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.

Desirable Skillsets/ Good To Have
- Knowledge of investment banking and trade processing systems
- Scrum Alliance – Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe – Product Owner/ Product.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Knowledge of microservices testing, event-driven systems, and messaging middleware.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools: Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics (or similar)
