Apply manufacturing/composite knowledge to guide clients and influence business decisions.
- Growth Enabler:
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, providing tailored solutions for clients.
- Client Experience Owner:
Manage end-to-end client interactions, ensuring onboarding, follow-ups, and proactive service.
- Collaborative Partner:
Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Process Optimizer:




Recommend improvements in workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Track & Measure:
Maintain CRM data and dashboards to monitor performance and optimize outcomes.

- 1–4 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or composites.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, client needs, and technical standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
