We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base, build strategic partnerships, and grow revenue across retail and wholesale channels.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales growth for Gallery Silver Scapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail/luxury goods sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building brand presence in new markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close current business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and corporate gifting segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, distributors, and partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Represent Gallery Silver Scapes at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product launches
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
- Onboard and manage relationships with new retail and corporate clients
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any business development-related concerns

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or retail preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel lo
