Role Description

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for guests from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and members, and managing check-ins.
- Handling inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Providing information about club facilities, services, and events.
- Coordinating reservations and bookings.




- Addressing guest concerns and supporting the sales of memberships and services.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to uphold the club’s service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Customer Service:
Solid guest relations skills with a focus on creating a professional and welcoming environment.
- Communication:
Clear spoken and written communication in English, Hindi, and local languages.
- Sales Experience:
Experience promoting memberships, packages, or services within hospitality or leisure settings.
- Industry Experience:
Relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, clubs, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Availability:
Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, including weekends or holidays as required by operations.
- Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and a courteous, solution-oriented approach.
