Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end warehouse logistics operations, including loading, unloading, cleaning, material shifting, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate and manage contract labour teams to ensure smooth daily operations and optimum productivity.
- Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely dispatches and adherence to customer delivery schedules and shipment cut-offs.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams for seamless movement of goods.
- Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of shipping documents, delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, e-way bills, and other logistics records.
- Ensure compliance with customs procedures, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.
- Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and proactively manage delays or exceptions.
- Provide timely MIS reports and operational updates to management on dispatches, inventory movement, labour utilization, and shipment status.




- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor logistics costs and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround time.
- Coordinate with inventory, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management will be an advantage.
- 5-8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG, beverages, liquor distribution, or trading companies.
- Robust experience in labour management and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience in shipment planning, dispatch management, transporter coordination, and meeting shipment cut-off timelines.
- Good understanding of customs documentation, and statutory logistics compliance.
