Core Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain operational standards.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any degree/Diploma
- Experience: Min 3 years in managerial role retail
- Preference for female candidates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
