Role Description
SiyAgro (SVD Farm Science & Research Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) to drive business growth, channel expansion, and brand leadership across Central UP, Western UP, and Uttarakhand.

? Region: Central & Western Uttar Pradesh + Uttarakhand

? Position: Regional Business Manager (RBM)

? Experience: 10–12+ years of proven experience in the Seeds Industry, preferably in Paddy, Wheat, Maize, Bajra, and other field crops.

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets.





Lead brand building and market development initiatives across the region.

Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer, and retailer networks.

Execute farmer engagement programs, demonstrations, field days, and promotional campaigns.

Build market demand and increase product adoption.

Lead, train, and motivate regional sales teams.

Develop and implement strategic business plans for sustainable growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Ensure successful launch and positioning of recent products and hybrids.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✅ 10–12+ years of experience in Seed Sales & Marketing

✅ Experience in handling Central UP, Western UP, and Uttarakhand markets

✅ Strong dealer and distributor network across the region

✅ Proven track record in brand building, business development, and team management

✅ Experience in managing large sales
