Role Objective:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management support, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes across dealership branches while supporting business growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for dealership positions such as Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, Drivers, CRM Executives, CREs, PDI Technicians, and Branch Support staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Complete joining formalities, documentation, induction, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures.

Employee Records & HR Operations
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Update employee records in the HRMS.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and experience letters.




- Handle employee exit formalities, including full and final settlement coordination.

Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, attendance, and leave.

Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, training sessions, and festival celebrations.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and assist in grievance handling.
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Performance Management
- Assist in probation reviews and employee performance evaluations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal activities.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
