Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive MIS Executive cum Business Analyst to support the Business Development team by managing MIS, preparing business reports, analyzing project, monitoring government tenders, developing dashboards, and providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, SQL (preferred), and business reporting,



with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence.

MIS & Business Reporting
- Daily Vise status of Empanelled Organisation.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards to track Business Development activities, project pipeline.
- Maintain centralized MIS for ongoing projects.
- Present business performance reports to management.

Business Analysis
- Analyse business development & project to identify trends and Market Competitor Strategy
- Generate actionable insights to support strategic planning.
- Prepare reports on lead conversion, proposal status & project progress.

Tender & Project Analytics
- Maintain and track Government tenders from GeM, CPPP, and State e-Procurement portals.
- Prepare tender tracking reports and business opportunity dashboards.

Data Management
- Maintain business databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
