Role & responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical operations for Cable TV and Broadband services across the circle.
- Ensure high network uptime and service availability.
- Monitor network performance and implement measures to improve service quality.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HFC and FTTH networks.
- Manage Headend, Hub, Optical Network, CMTS, OLTs, ONUs, GPON, and related infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth operation of Digital TV, HITS, and Broadband services.

Network Planning & Expansion
- Plan and execute network expansion projects within timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate fiber rollout, node segmentation, capacity planning, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Optimize network performance and bandwidth utilization.
- Implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Team Management
- Lead and mentor Technical Managers, Area Engineers, Field Engineers, and Technicians.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.




- Conduct regular technical reviews and training sessions.
- Build a high-performance technical team with solid safety and quality practices.

Service Assurance
- Ensure prompt resolution of network outages and customer escalations.
- Monitor SLA compliance for fault resolution and service restoration.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in first-time resolution and service quality.

Preferred candidate profile
- 15 to 20 years of experience in Cable TV, Broadband, ISP, or Telecommunications.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing circle or regional technical operations.
- Experience in HFC, FTTH, Digital Cable TV, HITS, and Broadband service delivery.
- Proven track record in network expansion, technical team management, and service quality improvement.
