Role Description
The Electronic Technician role at Schnaiffer is a contract, on-site position based in Pilani. The technician will assemble, test, and calibrate electronic sensor components and systems, following detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing soldering on PCBs and connectors, troubleshooting electronic circuits and sensor assemblies,



and carrying out routine maintenance and repair of test equipment and prototypes. The role also involves using standard electrical measurement tools, documenting test results and issues, supporting engineers during design validation and production runs, and adhering to safety, quality, and ESD handling procedures in the lab and workshop.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Electronics Technology, including basic circuit theory, components, and reading schematics.
- Hands-on Soldering skills for through-hole and surface-mount components, with attention to precision and reliability.
- Ability in Troubleshooting electronic circuits and sensor modules using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Working knowledge of Electricity and electrical safety standards in a lab or industrial setting.
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair of electronic equipment, fixtures, and production or test setup
