Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial data from various subsidiaries to prepare group financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Provide guidance on corporate accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in financial accounting or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of consolidation, corporate accounting, financial reporting, and financial statements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
