Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Manager to lead a team of engineers and designers in the design, development, and improvement of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, FEA, design documentation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5–10 engineers/designers.
- Develop and review 3D models, fabrication drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Perform FEA, structural stress, and airflow analysis for design optimization.
- Review drawings, provide technical guidance, and ensure configuration/document control.
- Drive product improvements, retrofit projects, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, vendors, and customers for design, manufacturing, and technical support.
- Maintain engineering documentation,



ERP BOMs, revisions, and release processes.
- Support certification activities (UL, ISO, ASME, etc.) and vendor development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in mechanical/product design.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (3D & FEA) and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
