Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions for the ethanol and power plant operations in Nayagarh. This full time, on-site role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning,



and employee records for staff at various levels. The manager will design and implement HR policies, performance management systems, compensation and benefits frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and statutory requirements. Daily responsibilities include liaising with plant leadership, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations and grievance redressal, and coordinating training and development programs. The role also involves building HR processes from the ground up, supporting culture-building in a new industrial setup, and partnering with senior leadership on strategic HR planning.
