Role Description
The Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves editing video content for various digital platforms, including social media campaigns, brand stories, promotional videos,



and motion-led marketing assets. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting the best takes, applying transitions, effects, and color grading to maintain a consistent visual style, and integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, refine narratives, and deliver visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also includes managing project timelines, optimizing videos for different formats and platforms, and staying current with editing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand-appropriate aesthetics.
