Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Event Client Servicing role based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding event objectives, and translating requirements into detailed briefs for internal teams. The individual will coordinate with production, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution,



while monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, preparing proposals and cost estimates, managing approvals, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction before, during, and after events. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting post-event reviews, and contributing to process improvements and relationship growth with key accounts.

Indicative Roles and Responsibilities – Client Servicing
- Understand Client requirements, project brief & event objectives
- Work on briefs from the clients, Identify Clients Business need and business challenges
- Make proposal presentations according to the brief and present the same to the clients.
- Negotiating with clients & closing the deal
