Role Description
The Buying Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting the buying team in sourcing and managing KAFTANIZE’s product range. This role involves assisting with vendor communication, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.



The Buying Assistant will help analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer preferences to support data-driven purchasing decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining purchasing records, updating product and pricing information, and supporting seasonal range planning and sample coordination. The role also requires close collaboration with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure products meet brand standards for quality, fit, and style.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Purchasing Processes and hands-on experience with Purchasing and Purchase Orders.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales, inventory, and market data for informed buying decisions.
