Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, accounting entries, voucher preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records. Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers, and contra vouchers.
- Pass accounting entries accurately and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain books of accounts and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash books,
and vendor/customer accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain statutory records and support GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliances.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.) or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
- 1-2 yrs of experience in related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
