We are an early-stage Consumer AI startup looking for a creative and highly driven
Video Editor
to join our content and marketing team.

You'll be responsible for editing engaging short-form videos, high-converting ad creatives, and social media content across platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads. You'll also be expected to use AI video generation tools to create original visuals, experiment with new creative concepts, and produce engaging AI-generated video content.

This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual creativity, and knows how to combine traditional video editing skills with AI-powered tools to create content that captures attention and drives action.

What You'll Do
- Edit attention-grabbing short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.




- Create high-converting video advertisements and performance marketing creatives.
- Use AI video generation tools to create original visuals, scenes, characters, and engaging video content.
- Experiment with the latest AI video tools and technologies to develop current creative formats and concepts.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and animations to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate closely with script writers, graphic designers, and the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Transform scripts, ideas, and raw footage into engaging videos that maximize watch time and audience retention.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance marketing campaigns.
- Analyze the performance of video creatives and use insights to improve future content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, editing techniques, and emerging AI video generation technologies.
