Role Description
The Senior Software Engineer for Canada Opportunities role is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada. The individual in this role will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end software systems and web applications that support internal operations and client-facing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, effective, and scalable code, reviewing code from other team members, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues,



and optimizing system performance and reliability. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with product, operations, and consulting teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure best practices in security and data handling. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
