Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an E-Commerce / Amazon Listing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and keywords. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring listing performance, analyzing sales data, adjusting pricing and promotions, and ensuring accurate inventory and product information. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to gather product details, managing customer-facing content, responding to platform-related issues, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines. The specialist will contribute to improving conversion rates, visibility, and overall online sales performance for the company’s hospitality product range.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong commerce and e-commerce skills, including experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.




- Candidates should possess good analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven listing and pricing decisions.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and handling platform or customer inquiries.
- Candidates should possess customer service and sales skills to support positive buyer experiences and drive product conversions.
- Experience in hospitality products or B2B supply chains is beneficial.
- Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet tools, and familiarity with keyword research and SEO for marketplaces is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple listings and tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
