Logivanta Services Pvt Ltd Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller cum MIS Executive to support our sales and operations team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and dealers, maintaining accurate records, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring timely data management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, dealers, and distributors.
* Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, payments, and order status.
* Generate leads through telecalling and maintain regular customer follow-ups.
* Update customer information and call records in the company's database.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Perform accurate data entry in Excel and internal software.
* Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order execution and customer support.
* Prepare sales reports, follow-up reports, and performance dashboards.
* Track pending orders, customer complaints, and payment follow-ups.
* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
* Handle email communication with customers and internal departments.
* Ensure timely submission of management reports.
* Maintain confidentiality of company data and customer information.
* Perform any additional operational or administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Basic understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
