Role Description
The Relationship Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Relationship Officer will manage and grow relationships with retail and small business customers,



ensuring their banking needs are understood and met through appropriate savings, deposit, and credit solutions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers in person and via phone, explaining bank products, supporting account opening and documentation, and assisting customers with transactions and digital banking usage. The role involves proactively identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, achieving sales and portfolio growth targets, and maintaining high service standards in line with the bank’s customer-centric values. The Relationship Officer will also handle routine queries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
