Embark on a transformative journey as an Engineer - AI Governance, where you'll spearhead the delivery of the technology stack, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions coming up with the process design of the Foundational / Consolidated and Business data Products. You will be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.

To be successful as an Engineer - AI Governance, you should have experience with:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with Barclays engineering standards and best practices & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.




- Drive automation and process optimization using low-code/no-code BPM platforms or equivalent technologies & participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- IBM Watson Governance (watsonx.governance) or similar AI governance frameworks; familiarity with risk management workflows is a solid plus.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code BPM tools (e.g., Appian, Pega, or equivalent) & strong foundation in SQL and relational database design; ability to optimize queries and manage data integrity.
- Proficiency in software engineering principles, including CI/CD, testing, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Skills & exposure to Barclays software delivery lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and internal governance processes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) & familiarity with API development and integration patterns.
