Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI & Generative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy

intelligent AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents. The rolefocuses on developing goal-driven, multi-step AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and

executing tasks with minimal human intervention.

You'll be at the forefront of building Agentic AI systems that don't just sit in a lab they go live, at

Key Responsibilities

1. Agentic AI System Development

o Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing

workflows

o Develop multi-agent systems with collaboration, memory, and decision-making

capabilities

o Implement agent orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)

o Build systems that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and enterprise platforms

2. Generative AI Application Development

o Develop applications using LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) for text, code, and multimodal use

cases

o Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines

o Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for grounded AI responses

o Design conversational AI, copilots, and AI assistants
