Role Description
The Sr. Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, responsible for driving sales of wire harness manufacturing solutions and providing technical consultation to customers. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their technical and operational needs, preparing proposals and quotations,



and conducting product demonstrations and presentations. The role involves coordinating closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure accurate solution design, seamless installation planning, and effective after-sales support. The Sr. Sales Engineer will manage the sales pipeline, perform regular market visits, build long-term customer relationships, and gather feedback to support product and process improvement. The position also includes preparing sales reports, participating in trade events or customer workshops, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Komax technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
