Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Client Engagement

· Respond to all incoming leads and inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.

· Proactively call, engage, and follow up with potential clients to understand their requirements and explain available treatments.

· Build rapport with potential clients and guide them towards booking a clinic consultation.

· Ensure timely response to all leads to maintain high lead conversion potential.

· Maintain a professional, polite, and service-oriented approach while communicating with clients.

2. Lead Conversion & Appointment Scheduling

· Convert inquiries into confirmed clinic appointments and walk-ins through effective communication and persuasion.

· Provide clear and accurate information about treatments, procedures, consultation processes, and clinic services.





· Assist clients in selecting appropriate consultations or treatments based on their needs.

· Coordinate with clinic managers, doctors, and therapists to schedule and confirm appointments.

· Ensure appointments are properly recorded, confirmed, and communicated to the clinic team.

3. Lead Tracking & CRM Management

· Maintain complete and accurate records of all leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

· Track lead status including current leads, contacted leads, follow-ups, converted leads, and lost leads.

· Ensure no lead remains unattended or without follow-up.

· Update lead records with notes from conversations and next follow-up timelines.

· Generate or support preparation of basic reports related to lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.

4. Client Communication & Relationship Management

· Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media platforms.
