We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible college students to support the University of Hong Kong (HKU) Open House in Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing an international university event while working alongside HKU representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage registration counters before the event begins.
- Welcome attendees and manage registration and check-in.
- Provide on-site assistance, directions, and information to guests.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure smooth attendee movement throughout the venue.
- Coordinate closely with HKU representatives during the event.
- Assist with the placement and management of branding materials, registration areas, directional signage, and other event logistics.
- Help ensure a professional, welcoming, and well-organized event experience for all participants.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing a college degree.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience volunteering at school or college events, student festivals, conferences, or Model United Nations (MUNs) is preferred.
- Calm, composed, and able to remain professional while managing high-energy crowds and busy registration periods.
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
