Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mambalam. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, aligning posts with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring trends, and coordinating with content, design,



and production teams. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and refining strategies based on analytics and audience insights. The Social Media Manager will also engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and support digital campaigns for creators, brands, and celebrities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan and craft compelling, platform-specific content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and online communities.
