Role Description
The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. The role includes supervising civil works, ensuring that construction adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors,



and labor teams. The Site Civil Engineer will manage site planning and scheduling, monitor material quality and quantities, and prepare daily progress reports. The role also involves supporting stormwater and drainage solutions implementation, resolving in office technical issues, and ensuring that projects meet quality, timeline, and cost objectives. The engineer will maintain clear communication with project management and clients to ensure expectations are met throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and implement drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Experience working as part of a team of Civil Engineers, collaborating effectively with architects, structural engineers, and site supervisors.
