Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventative maintenance, and utility management to ensure optimal plant operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and equipment performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout all aspects of maintenance operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Robust understanding of breakdown maintenance principles; ability to perform repairs on various types of machinery (electrical/mechanical).
- Proficiency in preventative maintenance practices; knowledge of predictive analytics techniques an asset.
