About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the TOYOTA Process. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions professionally through voice support.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.




- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting performance and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Versant Level 4 certification/qualification is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer handling, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to work from the office.
