Role Description
The Sr Executive Sales role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site client visits and office-based or work-from-home activities. The individual in this role will identify and develop recent business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s insulation products and services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients,



conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, coordinating with operations and service teams for timely delivery, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The Sr Executive Sales is expected to build strong, long-term relationships with clients while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, account management, and business development within industrial or construction-related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
