- Source candidates for IT roles (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent)
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients/vendors
- Manage requirements from bench sales, account managers, or direct clients
- Post jobs on job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder)
- Utilize ATS/VMS tools (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, iCIMS)

2. Bench Sales Coordination (US IT Staffing Specific)
- Work closely with bench sales team to market consultants on bench
- Track consultant availability, skills, and visa status
- Support marketing of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants
- Coordinate submission of consultants to vendors/clients

3. Immigration & Visa Compliance
- Manage H1B filing, extensions, transfers (with attorney coordination)
- Handle LCA (Labor Condition Application) postings
- Maintain PERM/Green Card documentation
- Ensure I-9 compliance and E-Verify
- Track visa expiration dates and renewal timelines
- OPT/CPT/STEM OPT documentation for international candidates

Onboarding & Documentation
- Offer letter generation
- Employment agreement/contract preparation
- Collect I-9, W-4, and state tax forms
- Background checks, drug screening coordination
- Client-specific onboarding requirements (badges, NDAs, client compliance docs)

5. Payroll & Advantages Administration
- Coordinate with payroll for W2/1099/C2C consultants
- Timesheet approval and processing coordination
- Benefits enrollment (health insurance, 401k) for W2 employees
- PTO tracking

6. Employee Relations
- Handle consultant grievances/issues on client site
- Manage communication between consultant, account manager, and client
- Conflict resolution
- Performance issue documentation

7. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws (FLSA, EEOC)
- State-specific employment law compliance (varies by client location)
- Maintain personnel files per legal retention requirements
- Handle unemployment claims
