Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Operations role based in Bhopal. The Customer Operations professional will handle day-to-day customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues,



and providing product and service information related to ophthalmic equipment and solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer communications, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, service, and logistics to ensure timely resolutions, and following up to confirm customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, contributing to process improvements, and supporting initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. The individual will be expected to adhere to company policies, service standards, and quality procedures in all customer-facing activities.

Qualifications
