Your Role

The Finance Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the financial health, governance, and long-term financial planning of Welnez Hygiene, with overall control of the organization’s financial operations. This position partners closely with top management to ensure profitability, cash flow optimization, cost efficiency, and scalable growth, while maintaining strong financial controls suited to a luxury wellness and hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the leadership team, supporting business planning and decision-making.
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies.

Financial Control & Reporting




- Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Manage cash flow planning, working capital cycles, and liquidity requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and credit controls.
- Ensure efficient capital allocation and expenditure monitoring.

Hospitality & Wellness Operations Finance
- Partner with operations teams on pricing strategies, package structuring, and revenue mix optimization.
- Support procurement, inventory management, and vendor negotiations.

Compliance, Audit & Taxation
- Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, audits, etc.).
- Coordinate internal and external audits and manage audit closures.
