Job Summary

The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction activities for residential bungalows, farm houses, and industrial factory projects. The role involves ensuring quality construction, adherence to project timelines, cost control, safety compliance, and coordination with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution
- Supervise all civil construction activities from layout to project completion.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.
- Conduct site layout, leveling, and marking before commencement of work.
- Ensure proper execution of excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Monitor structural and architectural work quality.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes during execution.

Quality Control




- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, construction standards, and company quality procedures.
- Inspect incoming materials such as cement, steel, bricks, concrete, aggregates, tiles, and finishing materials.
- Conduct quality checks before approving completed work.
- Minimize rework through regular inspections.

Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate manpower, machinery, and material availability.

Billing & Measurement
- Prepare work measurements and contractor billing.
- Verify quantities executed as per BOQ.
- Maintain measurement books (MB) and site records.

Material Management
- Estimate material requirements and raise purchase requisitions.
- Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with the purchase and store departments.

Safety
- Ensure compliance
