Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in Mangaluru. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave management, and supporting payroll inputs. The role involves handling employee relations by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR)



with knowledge of core HR principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Operations, including employee lifecycle activities and HR documentation.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle concerns, support engagement initiatives, and foster a respectful workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with team members at all levels.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with HR software and basic MS Office tools; prior experience in retail, apparel, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
