Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MIS operations, including data entry, report generation, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain accurate MIS reports to track hospital performance metrics.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement in MIS processes and implement changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital administration or a related field.
- Robust skills in MIS development, preparation, and operations.
- Ability to work effectively with medical records systems (e.g. EMRs).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
