Job Summary

Martins Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee furniture installation and interior fit-out projects at client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior execution, modular furniture installation, site coordination, quality control, and labor management. The candidate must ensure that projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards and site safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior and furniture installation work at project sites.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Clients, and Factory Team for smooth project execution.
- Manage carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Plan daily activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the given schedule.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure high finishing standards.




- Take site measurements whenever required before production or installation.
- Resolve in office issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick solutions.
- Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs and work updates.
- Ensure proper handling of materials, tools, and machinery at the site.
- Verify delivered materials against dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
- Report project status, delays, and challenges to the management on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/BA in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (Preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Furniture Manufacturing, Modular Furniture, Interior Fit-Out, or Construction Site Supervision.
- Fresh candidates with excellent practical knowledge may also be considered.
