Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planner in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for production planning and scheduling, ensuring material availability, optimizing production capacity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve on-time customer deliveries while maintaining operational efficiency.

You will:

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand.

Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Sales teams to execute production schedules effectively.

Monitor material availability and work closely with Procurement to prevent shortages.

Analyze production capacity and optimize resource utilization.

Track customer orders and ensure on-time delivery commitments.





Adjust production schedules based on changing priorities and customer requirements.

Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock.

Prepare production planning reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Lead planning meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate planning data within ERP/MRP systems.

You have:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

5–8 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Electrical Wiring Harness, Automotive, EMS, Cable Assembly, or Industrial Manufacturing is preferred.

Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
