Job Title : Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities,



customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
