At StairlessJourney, we aim to highlight accessibility in everyday environments and promote inclusive spaces for persons with disabilities. Our goal is to identify accessibility barriers, document accessible places, and encourage cities to become more inclusive.
We are currently looking for a Voluntary Recruitment Lead who will support our team-building efforts by managing the end-to-end volunteer recruitment process — from screening to onboarding.
Role Overview
* Someone who is excellent with communication, written and verbal
* Flexible and able to adapt quickly to people and shifting priorities
* Detail-oriented with strong observation and documentation skills
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Students or freshers interested in HR, social impact, or accessibility are welcome
* Should be serious about commitment and follow-through
Key Responsibilities
* Screen incoming resumes and applications for open roles
* Reach out to shortlisted candidates and manage communication
* Schedule interview calls and coordinate availability across the team
* Lead interview calls and evaluate candidate fit
* Draft trial tasks for candidates and review submissions
* Manage onboarding for selected volunteers
